Hostalen ACP 5331 A est un polyéthylène haute densité avec une excellente combinaison de rigidité et ESCR, une bonne résistance aux chocs, Il est livré sous forme de granulés et contient des antioxydants. large domaines d’application comprennent des grands jerricans et des fûts jusqu’à 60 l pour l’emballage de marchandises dangereuses. Hostalen ACP 5331 A n’est pas destiné à être utilisé dans des applications médicales et pharmaceutiques.

Polyéthylène de haute densité (PEHD) les résines sont bien adaptées pour le soufflage, injection, el le moulage par rotation comme les réservoirs de stockage; caisses et palettes; seaux et couvercles; composants automobiles; bouteilles et bouchons; jouets et équipements de sports nautiques.  De plus, les résines PEHD sont utilisées dans les applications de films d'extrusion comme les sacs d'épicerie, poubelles et surgelés (10 à 25 microns).

Processing Techniques:

The resin is packed in 25 kg bags, octabins or bulk containers protecting it from contamination. If it is stored
under certain conditions, i. e. if there are large fluctuations in ambient temperature and the atmospheric humidity
is high, moisture may condense inside the packaging. Under these circumstances, it is recommended to dry the
resin before use. Unfavorable storage conditions may also intensify the resin’s slight characteristic odor.
Resin should be protected from direct sunlight, temperatures above 40°C and high atmospheric humidity during
storage. Higher storage temperatures may reduce the storage time.
